Free Dispenser Program for Brisbane and Gold Coast Washrooms

The hand towel dispenser on level two runs out on a Tuesday morning. Someone notices, mentions it to the office manager, who adds it to a list, works out which supplier it came from, checks whether there is any stock downstairs, and places an order. Multiply that across three floors, two buildings and half a dozen product lines, and washroom stock quietly becomes somebody’s part-time job.
Nobody was hired to do that job, which is why it usually gets done late. Our free dispenser program exists to take it off your plate entirely.
What the program includes
Two things, and it is worth being precise about both.
Dispensers free of charge for clients who commit to a 24-month contract. You do not buy the units and you do not own the problem when one stops working. They are supplied and fitted as part of the cleaning agreement.
Consumables supplied and restocked for our regular clients, with free delivery. That covers:
- Toilet rolls
- Hand towels
- Hand soap
- Urinal mats
Restocking happens as part of your cleaning service rather than as a separate order you have to raise, track and chase.
What it actually fixes
The upfront cost of fitting out a washroom
Kitting out a commercial washroom means buying toilet roll dispensers, hand towel dispensers and soap dispensers for every cubicle and basin, and the bill arrives before anything has been cleaned. Across a multi-floor site or a portfolio of buildings that is a genuine capital cost, spent on equipment nobody thinks about again until it fails. Tying the dispensers to the cleaning contract takes that cost off the table.
Dispensers that do not match each other
Washrooms fitted out at different times end up with different dispensers, which means different refill sizes, different suppliers and a stock cupboard holding four versions of the same product. Standardising the units across a site sounds like a small thing. It is the difference between one order and four.
Running out at the worst possible moment
Supplies never run out quietly. They run out during a client visit, on an inspection day, or in the busiest hour of a Monday. Restocking on a schedule that reflects how the site is actually used removes most of those moments, and the ones that remain get picked up by the team already on site rather than reported by whoever found the empty dispenser.
More suppliers than the job needs
Washroom consumables often sit with a different supplier to the cleaning, sometimes several. Every one of those relationships carries its own account, its own delivery schedule and its own invoice. Folding the consumables into the cleaning contract means one provider, one arrangement and one point of contact when something is wrong.
Broken units nobody owns
A cracked hand towel dispenser or a soap unit that will not latch turns into a maintenance job for whoever manages the building, usually on top of everything else. When the dispensers are part of an ongoing cleaning contract, that responsibility sits with us.
Why it is tied to a 24-month commitment
Because the offer only makes sense inside an ongoing relationship, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.
Providing the dispensers free of charge works when we are looking after the site over a period long enough for it to be worthwhile for both of us. It is designed for businesses that want a cleaning partner rather than a one-off job, and it is deliberately not the cheapest option on a per-visit basis. What it does is remove a recurring administrative task and a capital cost at the same time.
If you are comparing three quotes purely on hourly rate, this program will not be the thing that decides it. If you are tired of managing washroom stock, it usually is.
How we set it up
We do not send a generic package and a price.
The process starts with a site visit. We walk the building, count the washrooms, look at how they are used and at what is already fitted, and talk through what you actually need rather than what a standard package assumes. The dispenser and consumables requirement comes out of that visit, alongside the cleaning scope itself.
You then receive a quote along with our capability statement and policy documents, including our WHS management plan, so you can see who you would be working with before committing to anything. Our team is police checked and inducted, and we carry $20 million public liability insurance.
Once the scope is agreed, you and our team both receive a notice five days before recurring work is due. It covers the date, the work routine, the safety precautions on each side, access requirements such as keys, codes or fobs, and any site-specific guidelines. You know who is coming and when, before they arrive.
Who the program suits
It works best for sites with regular, predictable washroom use and someone whose time is currently going into managing it:
- Offices and professional services
- Gyms and fitness facilities
- Body corporate and strata buildings
- Childcare centres and kindergartens
- Aged care facilities
- Community and sports centres
Facilities with high washroom traffic get the most out of it, simply because they are the ones running out most often.
Brisbane and the Gold Coast
We provide commercial office cleaning across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and the dispenser program is available to regular clients throughout that area.
Because the setup is based on a site visit rather than a catalogue, the arrangement fits the building. A two-floor office with one washroom per level and a busy gym with changerooms running from five in the morning need very different things, and neither is well served by a standard package.
Arrange a site visit
If washroom stock is taking up more of your week than it should, the quickest way to find out whether this suits your site is to have us come and look at it. We will walk the building with you, work out what the dispenser and consumables setup needs to be, and put together a clear scope of work covering both the cleaning and the supply side.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the free dispenser program for?
Regular contract clients across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including offices, gyms, body corporate and strata buildings, childcare centres, aged care facilities and community centres.
What consumables are included?
Toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap and urinal mats, supplied and restocked as part of your cleaning service, with free delivery for regular clients.
Do the dispensers really cost nothing?
The dispensers are provided free of charge to clients who commit to a 24-month contract. There is no separate purchase or rental charge for the units.
How do you work out how much we need?
At the site visit. We look at the number of washrooms, the type of facility and how heavily it is used, then set the supply accordingly and adjust it as we go if the site changes.
What should we check before signing up to any dispenser program?
The contract term, which dispenser units are included, exactly which consumables are covered, how delivery works, and what happens when a unit needs replacing. Ask for those in writing before you commit, from us or from anyone else.
