We believe in doing the right thing by everyone and building long term relationships. Some of our clients have been with us for over 15 years. We have always based our business model with the three qualities below.

  2. Empathical Listening – Listen in its entirety to the message and understand even if you don’t agree. When someone is talking wait until they are finished to address the concern, do not prepare an answer before they are finished talking.

We service all commercial and industrial businesses. Unfortunately, we do not offer any residential services.

It is very easy, you can make a call, drop us an email or use our contact us page. We will come to you at your earliest convenience to conduct a walkthrough, this will be the initial fact finding mission and recommendations. Then we draw up a scope and work with you until you are happy with the proposal. And upon approval we execute the agreed scope while keeping an open communication channel for feedback, always checking if you are satisfied with the service received from GC Cleaning.

At GC Cleaning we strive to provide an excellent service to make your business shine while keeping everyone safe. We want to leave a smaller environment footprint as much as possible. We work out what exactly are our client’s needs and then implement a scope and a work schedule to ensure there is enough workforce to get the job done. We follow all the safety protocols and use locally purchased products which are environmentally friendly whenever possible.

At GC Cleaning we are always striving to be better and welcome any form of feedback in order to provide a better service for our clients. Please follow these simple steps so we can address any issues no matter how big or small they are as soon as they occur

  1. Take pictures of the issue or complaint you are about the lodge as visual evidence.
  2. Write a short description of what has happened or what the problem is
  3. Send it to info@gcclean.com.au immediately as and when issues occur 

We always try to keep the same team for a given project so that they are familiar with the work and become skillful with repetition. Once allocated each team member is shown through the scope they are responsible for and trained so they are confident in executing the duties. Once allocated and trained we have ongoing supervisions to make sure the team allocated are keeping to the scope and happy working.

GC Cleaning always believes in building positive long term relations with clients. GC Cleaning never uses one framework to solve all problems.

Based on our experience all Items in the scope are there to make sure the solution proposed works in the long term and stays working irrespective of staff or management changes. This is knowledge that we have acquired over a couple of decades of serving businesses like yours, we love to pass the advantage of that experience to serving your business as well.

All our day to day chemicals are PH neutral, environmentally friendly and biodegradable.  We only use professional equipment and we constantly check if they are fit for the purpose.

Safety is very important to us. This ensures that each and everyone involved goes home safely to their families. We use documents such as SWMS, Rescue plans and Data Sheets while preparing for projects. Then daily meetings and toolbox talks prior to commencing and PPE and exclusions zones while on the job to eliminate and minimize risks. We also carry out constant checks on all equipment to make sure they are fit for purpose and safe to use.

We believe it is needed, after all the reason you are switching to us is that you want the job done properly. So why not start off with a proper clean where we bring everything up to standard.

There are Items that are not covered in a regular scope but needs attention from time to time, such as carpets, windows etc. We offer a wide variety of services during weekends or on holiday season when most businesses close. Please visit our services section for more details and contact us on how to organise such a service.

Kindly give GC Cleaning a 4 week written notice then we will make necessary steps to finalize all work.
